Also, what's your int scouting budget? And what are the scouting budgets of the other owners? If I was #2 I would hold off but if you don't have a high budget, those players might not be as good as you think they are, and you might not see the big one when/if they come through. At #5, I would try sign one of them, with the reliever preferred assuming your scouting is good.
