And that IF the owner decides to stay. 10,000 reward points is worth $50. Add that to the "about $30" and you've got $88 value if you can't get the other team out of the world. Do that and you have $107 value. Knowing that you want to leave since logging in is a nuisance, why wouldn't someone offer you $80?
