Your SF only has 20 passing. I want my power forward to have more passing than that. Maybe I undervalue rebounding at the 3. Even in a 2-3 I'd rather have speed, bh and passing over rebounding

I never have shot blocking for my SF. I sometimes have rebounding but never SB. Interesting
If his ATH and DEF are high enough you can get away with it but when I see crappy SB in 2-3 SF's I increase my PF's distro if he can score.

Well since everyone is so helpful today, take a look at my team and tell me why I suck. I'm bordering on the worse season I've had in many seasons and I have what I feel like is a very talented team. Not perfect but talented. I also run the Flex. Any suggestions? https://www.whatifsports.com/hd/TeamProfile/Ratings.aspx?tid=12661

Don't mean to hijack the post. Thanks,

Your team is really good. I mean, you played a lot of good teams. the problem I see is that maybe you are lacking speed which means it could be the reason why you are not 22-0. Maybe you should not go uptempo on that press team.

With the press and as well as the flex I really try to focus on speed/bh/pas like 80+ spd 70+ bh and 60+ pas

Looking at your team you just have horrid ballhandling at SG and SF.

Probably so. Would explain why the team fouls so much too.

You're starting PF and C are good for zone, but your back ups are weak. If a team doesn't shoot a lot of 3's I would put Barrington at SF and run 2-3, but besides that you should always run 3-2 with that group. The problem with starting Bower, Blaney and Degan is that the other 2 will pull down your def rating that's averaged out with Degan. I would start Barrington, Blaney, and Degan. Give plenty of distro to Degan and Bower.
Here's my chamindae  team: https://www.whatifsports.com/hd/TeamProfile/Ratings.aspx?tid=14324.  If that's any help.  Trust me I'm no expert at zone and quite often ask for help.  I would attack you from the inside out because your Ath is low for your front court.  Also Flex relies more on 3's and good Pas from your bigs and SF. Just my 2 cents

I lost again Terps. I will change everything. I have no idea why I am losing, which makes it scary since you have no real solution or no real ideas about what to do. I think FLEX is killing me. I scored 52 pts... Check my guards... I mean, I feel pretty damn loaded at the guard spot and at the SF spot... yet, I score 52 pts!!! The other team does not even have to play, I can't score.

TO be honest you Per ratings are not good for a flex. You're right, you can't score, but you have no scorers. Make Bower and Degnan have the most distro. People are going slow down and that is hurting you. Your def is doing fine and reb. is fine. To be honest that team is built for motion. My real good flex teams have 4-5 per guys in the 80-90 range.  Don't forget to double team.  You're loaded at guards for def, but not off.

Try this. PG Blaney, Barrington; SG Degnan, Eichelberger; SF Bower, McCombs. You're bigs are fine.  See if that helps
