Never go by RPI.  The projection report is what determines your seeding.  You were 32 on the PR so you could have been an 8-seed instead of a 9...but definitely not a 6 seed.

I was just looking at my resume and I feel I deserved a little better, especially when you look at the seeds of teams that I beat and that I lost too by like 2 points or in OT. I barely, barely, lost to a #1 (they hit a last second shot to win) , #2 (20 secs left in OT, my guy misses front end of 1 and 1, they hit a 3 to go up 1, my guy misses front end of 1 and 1 again, they hit 2 free throws, my 100 PE guy misses a 3), and #9 (my guy misses a free throw with 1 sec left to go into double OT), lost to a #3, beat a #4, #7, #12, and I lost 3 competitive games to my conference mate a #7 seed. I beat 3 other top 100 RPI teams not in the NT and then 6 in conference games against top 125 RPI teams. I'm not sure what goes into the seeding and the projection report, but I think that I should have been a #7 at least.

I sound whinny, I guess you could say I am but I am really just dissapointed that this doesn't appear to be going the way I thought this season was going to go. I don't think I will ever, ever get this much offense into one team again.

Just make a run as a 9 seed. It can be done.

I just need to make a great speech before the games, on the level of speeches from Remmember the Titans, and Friday Night Lights.

If I remember right, I lost a title game from the eight seed before.

Good luck, your pesky 3-2 zone is making my brain work on how I should game plan.

And thus the season ends, in a overtime loss. I was up 5 points and about to take a 1and 1 twice within the last minute, then they get the ball down 3 with 5 seconds left and hit a buzzer beater 3 to tie it up. I lose by 6 in overtime. I went 7-16(45%) from 3 against a 3-2, pretty nice. Oliver ended with a 53% FG for his career, Spaulding with 45.1% from 3 for his career averaging 9 points per game, Hoppe had 43.6 from 3 and 11.6 per game. Hedlund had 43.1 from 3 and had 8 points per game and 3.3 assists per game. It's interesting how I picked up 3 guys with extremely similar final ratings.
