Well I think his bb9 is too high for any park in an OL save Coors... But I think his best fit is:

1) a hitters park where the low oav may offset the high bb9
2) a park that suppresses home runs a bit
3) a plus park for triples, since 1960s pitchers are among the best at suppressing them.

So I'll go with Kaufman/ Royals.

It'll be an OL, using Yankee II. I may sacrifice a bit of offense to improve my infield defense...
