In retrospect, I wish I had stayed at OK St in Phelan. The Cowboys were a title contender, and made the Sweet 16 as a sim controlled team switching sets the season after I left. At the time, I conservatively estimated I gave up about $45 in credits when I took on Kansas, which was left as a steaming pile of camel dung, but in the long run I figured the A+ baseline would pay off. I didn’t get a chance to see that long run, of course, and now I am stuck in Madison. Yuck.
