D3 IBA is 70 lol
New coach sign ups hasn't occurred yet so that number might jump up to 90ish. Hopefully...

Yeah we can only be positive. D1 in Phelan and Tark is over 100, so I guess it will get better as time goes.

Well, now that those who aren't playing have stopped posting, I expect it will get better. This forum has been noticeably less negative over the last month or so.

Management's willful ignoring of valid complaints will lead to apathy. Really, not a bad strategy by WIS.

Would be cool to know how many individual people are actually playing HD. So many people with multiple teams and multiple accounts.

One man's valid complaint is another man's incessant whining. And vice versa.

But ignoring folks who don't play the game, or pay to play, is definitely a valid CS response.

As with many things, you and I will have to agree to disagree. Ignoring customers (whether or not they're currently playing on credits) or potential customers seems like a poor longterm customer-building strategy to me. The bigger issue, though, is that there are simple fixes that resolve several 3.0 issues that are (nearly) universally-agreed to be problems. I won't rehash them here (god knows with all your posts, you know what they are), but in my view, users should try to keep the heat on WIS by any means necessary to fix those problems (I do agree with you that the OP's complaint is not one of these problems that need fixing).

I'll put it this way.

You own a candy store. A former customer stands outside your shop and tells everyone how bad your product is. How long do you let that happen?

Mike : just admit John has a point. I mean, how hard is it?
3/30/2017 7:31 PM
Customers who don't pay aren't customers. Surely you recognize this, right?

There is a reward system. He is a Customer doing well.

Businesses don't make money by giving away product. Sales must be made. If the guy getting the freebie is ******** about the product, you do NOT need him. It's just good business.

Your hypo doesn't work here, because if the guy getting the freebie quits, the freebie goes to someone else. The same number of credits go out regardless of number of users, ergo, WIS definitionally wants as many users as possible. Why is this so hard for you to understand?

"...users should try to keep the heat on WIS by any means necessary..."

There's a problem with that thinking, a very serious problem. As a theory it is weak at best. The problem, though, is that in practice around here users "keeping the heat on" are virtually indistinguishable from two-year-olds sitting in their high chair crying loudly and throwing food all over the kitchen. I don't think WIS ignores valid input from users. I don't even think WIS ignores misguided attempts at valid input from users. But that two-year-old, even his mother isn't going to reward his behavior if she's smart.
