The four parts are absolutely in order.

So this isn't right but this is as close as I can get.

My guess is Steve Blake for the person, and Maryland Terrapins for the what.

I am four parts: What Am I?

1. Is found in the water. A Terrapin
2. Is found on land Another Terrapin (making it plural, since they are technically the Terrapins) OR 'land' from Maryland
3. Is found in the Bible Mary
4. Is found in a church. Statue/picture of Mary, or just someone named Mary at church.

For the second clue. Steve Blake played with Pau from Spain, and Sasha Vujacic from Slovania. Couldn't find an Argentina reference though. He played against Manu haha? I don't know.

Parker is a Mormon whose mom emigrated to the US and was raised in Salt Lake City. There are only a few Mormon NBA players, so this shouldn't be too long of a tangent.
