Your basic draft pool would be the rookies from the Browns, Senators, WhiteSox, and A's
As an NL team will my draft pool include players not taken as FFPs of just the NL teams, or all NL and AL players?

Your draft pool will be all 8 NL teams, and all 8 AL teams - any rookie who has not been tagged as an FFP, and any veteran player who has not been listed as a keeper.
