We still need 3 spots filled after Maglor1 is accounted for. If you and/or any other owners pick up a 2nd team we could be filled really quickly.

Are the drafted players exclusive or can you use any unused years of drafted players
to fill final 6 spots on roster?

There can be only one of any player in each price range. For example, we will have an $8 million John Stockton and a $7 million John Stockton and a $6 million John Stockton, but we can not have three different $7 million John Stocktons.

You can use any undrafted players to fill out your bench.

I will put people who have two teams in different conferences.

round 1 players less than 5m - got it
round 2 players less than 6m? is this players between 5 and 6m or is it anyone under 6 so I could potentially finish the first two rounds and have a 3m guy and a 4m guy?
and so forth?

It's anyone less than $6 million, so yes, you could have a $3 million guy and a $4 million guy if that's what you want.
