It's an extension for chrome that gives you the option to see the recruit with max ratings. Hopefully that helps.

Also, thank you to the creator of extension. It's really great.
That is probably the most helpful tool I've ever seen for this game. Is it really accurate? Is WE taken into account at all? It looks like it just adds a set number to each stat. Which is still very useful. But how do you guys take into account a WE, either high or low, when it comes to projecting the finished product?

I use it to give me a quick idea of what a guy will be in 4 seasons. I really never worried whether it calculated WE. It was only for giving me an base to gauge all players I am looking to recruit.
