Un-Offering a Ship Topic

This was a DII recruit at DII. I had 70 AP on him as well as 25 minutes and a start. I withdrew the ship and got totally booted from his list. He signed with a sim next cycle before I could unlock a ship. Epic.
I informed a guy of a redshirt after I had already offered him a scholarship. He had no other schools interested (SIM or human) in him. Once the redshirt processed he completely removed me from his list and when I tried to give him AP I didn't make any progress towards unlocking him again. He ended up going unsigned. I was D3 and he was a D2 recruit. Crazy.

To all potential recruits out there - I find this type of behavior by my fellow coaches despicable. You make an scholarship offer to a player, you stick to it. Just plain rude and unprofessional.

Come play for Coach Benis where you will always have a spot on a roster that is more like a family than a team. Unless of course your defense turns to blue after gaining 1 point, then your *** is gone.
You mislead your recruits as well. You unlock 40 players and then drop bombs on one! Crushing not only the dreams of the leading coach(s), but what about the other 39 players you sent packing? Shame on you!

shhhh nothing to see here.

I hear Billy G and Mike Rice are gonna share notes on how to properly treat their players. Good guys.
I watched Mike Rice coach a girls (his daughter) aau basketball game a few years ago. It was insane.
