The Draft order on Page 1 indicates when your assigned draft slot begins. Once either that time arrives OR the owner ahead of you makes their pick, you are then on the clock. If you don't make your pick before the next owner's time slot begins, then you can be skipped. If you have been skipped, you can come back and make that pick at any time, but the draft continues on with owners making picks based on the draft order without needing to wait for you.
