Yeah, I should have known you'd hate the thought of politicians and media sticking to facts and truths. That's almost like thinking you possibly could.

I'm not necessarily pro reparations, but the argument in favor of it isn't "white people need to be punished for slavery." It's more that promises were made to black people in this country, and those promises were not kept.

If you have a debt, no one is saying that paying the debt is your "punishment." It's simply that your government owes something to someone else.
