Well, something was certainly "fixed" in the jobs process, as I am now listed as qualified for everything, and nothing is a step backwards (not even a DII or DIII job). As of the 2AM cycle, I was (rightly) not qualified for higher prestige jobs, and the only thing I could get were lateral or backward moves.

And a DIIi coach just got promoted to a DI A prestige power 6 school.
I think you’re referring to tdiddy at USC - his resume is lengthy, including Kansas at one time for example. So he might’ve been qualified anyway but he’s certainly paid his dues regardless.
It wasn't a commentary on the coach, which was why I didn't name them. Movement has been stagnant on jobs for quite some time, even at the beginning of this cycle, then a couple of cycles in, everyone is eligible for everything. The pendulum has completely swung the other way.
A DIII coach shouldn't be able to jump to an A prestige DI school, regardless of who they coached over 90 seasons prior.
