So a #1 seed gets home field advantage even though they have 100 wins and the jets who were a 2 seed had 109 wins?
is that right ?

Teams are seeded for the playoffs, 1-4, for their respective league. The team with the highest winning percentage in its league earns the #1 seed. The wildcard always received the #4 seed. Home-field advantage for the League Championship is given to the team with the higher seed. In the event of even seeds, the team with the higher regular season winning percentage receives home-field advantage. If this is even, too, then the team with the fewest playoff losses earns it. Otherwize, a coin flip decides.

So in this case, crazystengel's example is 100% correct.

STL and Seattle were the #1 seeds, Boston and JETS were #2 seeds, which is why STL has home field even though the Jets had more regular season wins.

I've sent in many administrative requests for leagues the past few months and always gotten a prompt and efficient response, usually the same day. Not sure what happened in this case. But I don't see any sign of incompetence nor of lack of concern on the part of the people running this site. It was the case once, in the horrible Fox Sports days here, but not recently.

Agree with italyprof, nothing but great service from Admin for a while now. I imagine there might be a communication breakdown here, with one party not receiving the messages the other is sending.

Sometimes when I try to log in to the customer support page, it will bring me to the Sportshub service request page rather than the Whatifsports service request page. I've never gotten a response from the Sportshub, but always get an immediate response from WIS.

As a workaround I won't sign in and will just put in my email when sending a request. The downside is I have to link specific leagues or manually insert league numbers as it won't have a drop down to select which team/league it is in reference too.

It is excellent but some of us seem to have trouble executing send a ticket to them.

I had trouble getting a response from admin a few months ago. The problem in my case was that admin was closing the ticket immediately upon answering. So, they did answer, but unlike years past, when the ticket is closed it is no longer viewable on the native website as in years past. I was able to find (the increasingly frustrated) responses in my junk email folder. "For the third time, Mr Boogerlips..."

I made them aware of this communication breakdown.

Also, someone mentioned that you need to avoid "logging in" to get a ticket directed towards WIS rather than Sportshub. I also made staff aware of this issue. I have no idea if its been fixed, but that is a helpful workaround.
