I could accept the 1B Stadium Rating as signifying Hit Rate or Batting Average as that matter ...
Exhibition Stadium in Toronto this puzzles me

This is very much the same as Neutral Nationals Park so the -2 must be the artificial Turf and the 4 feet more of Fences ...
Then I realized what i should have thought of before that : ---
SimLeague Baseball Ballparks Notes at Bottom of the Page
- Ballpark effects were compiled by using available data throughout the history of the ballpark.
- For those parks without hitting data we calculated effects based on overall park factor and available dimensions/walls
- For theme league purposes ballparks that changed names have different listings for each name change but consistent effects
I am satisfied then that after thinking about it ad nauseum that the 1B Factor represents the Batting Average using
available data or overall park factor and available dimensions/walls and not Singles ... But anyone can debate this and correct me as the available data could represent Singles based upon a comparison to what would be an average amount of Singles supposedly hit in all Ball Parks ...
Or is it a comparison of the relative amount of Singles Hit as compared to the amount of Doubles or Triples etcetera ...
