Hi- I get that there can be clones within the league, as long as they are from different price ranges, but do you allow individual teams to have multiple instances of the same player? Thanks

No, say for example you have a $9 million LeBron James on your team, you can’t have another LeBron. Like you said, there can be other LeBrons as long as they are in a different price range and on a different team.

What are the rules as far as filling out the remaining roster spots after the 8 round draft? Just as long as you stay under the salary cap, don't select anyone over $11 million, and don't pick anyone already on your team or on another in one of the price categories....all players are fair game?

Depending on who you draft, you might have 3 or 4 million left or you might have 8 or 9 million left. Any player who has not been drafted is fair game, as long as he isn’t a clone. Let’s say you have $8 million left after the draft. If you want to, you could grab three $239,000 guys and the 25th best $7 million guy. Or you could take four $2 million guys. I like the flexibility to use that money however you want.
