1929-30 Chicago Cubs/Chicago White Sox (AL West)

1929-1930 Yankees/Phillies NL Central. They may have the best hitting in all 15 leagues, and they probably have the worst pitching in all 15 leagues. It should be a fun team to play. Here's hoping for a .500 season.

Of the 220+ rosters that I've built, I can confirm that both statements are true. Of course, there are probably worse pitching staffs among the remaining 480 rosters that I haven't started building yet. The question is will any of those teams have good enough offenses to justify drafting them?

I think anybody picking teams in the 10th thru 15th draft slots are hoping for 80-84 wins and advancement. Since there will be 10 leagues in round three, 67% of round 2 teams will advance. If drafting were 100% efficient and accurate, that implies a top 16 draft pick should advance.

Naturally that was the pairing I had cued up. I have no clue how to decide between my other builds. Give me a few.

That was the other team I was looking at. We're on the same track....I just hope it is heading in the right direction.

I have a terrible feel for the quality of pitching in the 20s-30s and pre-1900. So naturally I'm in those two leagues. Hopefully this team at least competes.
