How does 1942 Ted Williams get picked when there are three 1942 teams available?

There are only two "1942-1943" duos available. You selected the Yankees first and REDCPED took the Cardinals second, thereby giving him the first choices for Free Agents between you two. The 1941-1942 selections are in a different group...

SteveIzzy, the following example was brought up on the original Rules thread and juice confirmed this was correct...

Just to be clear, free agents are unique to each specific 2-YEAR time frame. So in the following example below, '53 Warren Spahn can be drafted exactly twice, once by a team in the 1952-53 time frame and once by a team in the 1953-54 time frame.
