You're in redman. I like a low CAP too. It's $45 million which is more than enough and probably coulda been a little lower but
I didn't want to scare people off. I know some players who despise low CAPs. If this gets going maybe next year we will revisit
the CAP.

Okay, I will come in. Does under 40 mean 40 and lower, or 39 and under?

Good idea on paper, but a lot of the teams are very similar with 20 or so players that are all on 6 or more teams. Everybody is just looking for the best available guys whose defense is in the mid to high 30s. And there's only so many guys who are really good players while not being good defenders.

Bernard King is on 8 or 9 of the 21 teams that are in so far, and about 7 of those are all the 83-84 season.

Rift, can I get a ruling on this please?

Does under 40 mean 40 and lower, or 39 and under?

I did not use anyone at 40, but I'd like to know if I could have.
