Q: I have to point out, there's not one single gimpy QB on your list. Will you be implementing that successful strategy here in this great team building series ?

I'm in.

DCar, surely at least ONE of the three entries will employ this feature. You'd all be disappointed if I didn't :)

So, I get that we are drafting the exclusive use of a player and not just a specific season, but I have a question and I apologize if this was already explained.

Q: Once I draft a player, can I use a different season of theirs on multiple levels or can I only choose one season and one league to put him in?

Example: Let's say I pick a RB like Robert Smith, who was never a Super-DUPER star, but was very consistantly good, am I able to use his best year at 59m and a lesser year at 50m? Or an example like QB Joe Burrow, could I use one of his seasons where he only played a handful of games at 50m, and his 2024 season in the 59m league?
1/3/2026 10:22 AM
A: any player or unit drafted is one league and done. Use any year or salary for players.

Hey there, I’ll probably opt in but need to check on how the draft timing will work out. My day job isn’t that easy for me to be online with, are you expecting that each pick would have a window of like an hour or something? Have you thought through that yet?

The whole idea for this Draft Series is having fun and it's nothing to stress over. We are basically building 3 teams so if the draft takes a month, so be it. I'm not opposed to running the draft off the clock and around the clock. But, only ask our members to expedite as they have time in their schedules and let's shoot for a goal of one month. We can enjoy our 14.0 season and some draft commentary and analysis as we go along.

Sounds good, DC, count me in!

Maybe Next time if there is interest do some thing like this. 50,55,59 BUT keep the same core Players for all Three. Would this be fun or just boring using the same core for 3 leagues. You would have to find the right version of each player for each CAP and build backups with the left over cash

QB Tom Brady ( Any season that works under the cap ) must be highest payed QB
HB Earl Campbell ( Any season that works under the cap )must be highest payed HB
WR Jerry Rice ( Any season that works under the cap ) must be highest payed WR 1`
WR Tim Brown ( Any season that works under the cap ) must be highest payed WR 2
WR/ TE Dave Casper ( Any season that works under the cap ) must be highest payed WR 3/TE 1
OL Denver ( Any season that works under the cap )
DEF Dallas ( Any season that works under the cap )
Special teams any

Backup anyone not on a team
Kind of, to this point made by slingers25.

At the end of this 50-59 mil Series there will be a All-Star Clash League. Take your 15 drafted players and pump up their salaries and bring your best drafted units along and make one last team at 65 mil. This league will be totally comped as appreciation for taking on such a Big Endeavor
1/6/2026 3:56 PM (edited)
A very important part of this Series will be the Earth Movers up front ( 72 ) will be drafted.

Q: Are you forcing your members to be more diverse Coaches ?
A: No, this is a voluntary draft challenge, as we look forward to WIS football in 2026

The gap from #1 to #13 is the same as gap from #13 to #100
1/4/2026 8:56 PM
How about this for an extra idea? Draft Pick Trading. Not Allowed if a person winds up with more than one Team, but otherwise, if someone absolutely needs to have Aaron Rodgers but is slated to draft 15th, they can work a deal to trade up to #2 while someone else adds 3 exclusive "lower Players" And the person who traded up has to rely on the leftover pool to fill more spots.
