Cucina del Capitano - An Italian restaurant featured on 11 different Carnival ships.
Emeril's Bistro - Three ships have an Emeril's Bistro, which feature Creole Cuisine from Emeril Lagasse.
Chibang! - Three ships also have Chibang!, which a fusion restaurant featuring Chinese and Mexican cuisine.
Fahrenheit 555 - Seven different ships have this restaurant, which is a steakhouse.
Guy's Burger Joint - All Carnival ships have one of these, which is a poolside venue created by Guy Fieri.

YES. specifically the Carnival Jubilee! out of Galveston. Tx. I was on this ship the entire week of the draft... My wife and I have been together 23 yrs, and gone on 46 cruises ( all out of Galveston, she doesn't like to fly and Galveston is close LOL )
