Correct. The same user would not be able to draft the same season of the same player even at different salary slots, because WIS won't let you.

I think it should be clearly stated that CLONES ARE ALLOWED in this league. This is the only league I've ever been in that allowed clones (other than LHC), so it's definitely not something I would just assume because it never says anywhere that clones are not allowed. I'm just sure someone in the league won't realize and I think we should all be on the same footing when it comes to a rule this significant, that is not common in the slightest on WIS theme leagues.
