Selig should grow some balls... Topic

bosux definitely wins now...he's got primate trying to be his friend.

Im not trying to be anyone's friend, least of all bosux. I stopped reading this argument 3 pages ago.

Im just pointing out what a moron you are, in case anyone forgot, which I doubt.

K, thanks. Run along now unless you have something to add that's actually on topic for a change

Obviously not.

I'm amused to no end that after thousands, if not tens of thousands of blown umpire calls over the history of MLB, bosux finds this particular one (which, as the crux of his argument, had zero impact on the final outcome of the game) so egregious that he demands that the commish set aside 90+ years of precedent and overturn the call.

Priceless.

i strongly disagree with the use of replay, but i fear the bosox is right: selig could REALLY overreact to this one, and institute some elaborate and / or highly invasive use of replay that goes far beyond the end-of-game solution that bill proposes.

Bosux is clearly allergic to common sense. He'd rather repeat himself over and over again, as if it somehow proves his wisdom and takes his argument from wrong to right.

Because, you know, anyone who doesn't agree with him doesn't know baseball.

Finally! Someone reasonable, or someone who can at least read!

There's no way that nothing happens as a result of that game. The story is too big a deal.

I've tried to think of a less invasive rule change - or at least one that would be triggered less frequently. I can't.

Can you?

Other than your moronic rantings of "disaster", the story is pretty much yesterday's news in the media.

Move along. Nothing to see here.

So, in bosuxworld, there are only two possible outcomes:

1. Overturn the call. Give the pitcher a perfect game a month later.

2. An elaborate, confusing, time-consuming replay system is instituted.

Hard to find fault with that reasoning.

And you wouldn't, even if you could. Because you think Selig is a trustworthy guardian of the game.

That horse moved. What a disaster.
