Question on trading. Are we waiting 'till after the draft? I don't want to hold up what has been an awesomely speedy draft with trade negotiations, but I do have some excess weight that could be moved around and would affect draft choices. What are the overall trading rules?

Right-O. Definitely a good rule as chaos would result if people tried to fill gaps through trade during the draft.
