I am picking for Detroit (Evetsirot) for the 2 rounds that he missed: 2B Jimmy Bloodworth and RP Johnny Gorsica.

I generally will not step in until 2 full rounds have passed with the same team missing picks in those rounds. I will first notify the owner after the second of these rounds and give him a chance to make them up till 10 AM EDT the next morning, and then I reserve the right to take action for the best interests of the league, especially now as the pickins are very slim.

I have a lot of my plate and the last thing I want to do is to baby-sit adults. If I wanted to do that, I would work in a retard home, and I don't care how politically incorrect that sounds.

If anyone has an issue with this, please offer a better solution or just deal with it. Thank you.

I've run many drafts trump and it is the only reasonable solution especially in the 1st year of a progressive.

Steve had a good reason for missing the last 2 days as he told me an hour ago, but no one could have known how long he or anyone else in the same situation would be out. I had someone else miss 4 days in a season draft a few years ago (using the site's draft service and timeline) and I did not want to draft for him but I was nagged into it by 2 owners so I reluctantly did so. On the 5th day, the owner came back and said nothing, but as soon as the opener happened, he announced he was abandoning his team immediately as it was not built how he wanted, so all 162 of his games simmed. That owner was upset at me even though he left without notice and did not give me instructions, so from now on if I am going to risk ticking off an owner, I will do so on the side of keeping the league competitive. That said, I hope Steve understands.
