Serious question - is it okay to draft a player with, say, 1700 minutes and then add an undrafted player to my team with 2200 minutes? (The higher minute player's PT would be split between 2 or 3 positions so the drafted players would still have the majority of the minutes at the positions.)

long as the guy with 2200 minutes doesn't have a salary over $4M and doesn't start.

I don't see the $4M rule on page 1. I thought drafted players had to play more minutes than undrafted players.
