I'm familiar with both and I have to answer C.   So I don't think age/musical taste plays into the equation if you're in your 40s.   And, no, I'm not overly enamored with either group but I don't Rush to the remote if one of them comes on.

I'm 30, and I enjoy Tool (own albums, been to a concert) but have no time for Rush.

I was gonna go with Alabama/Georgia State but they played last night.    I think the most interesting might be WI/MI.  I see Wisconsin/Ohio State/Michigan State as the same.  Somebody has to step forward.   Crushing MI Indiana-style would help solidify their standing.   RichRod needs to beat one of the top Big 10 teams, and I don't think it's Ohio State this year, to prove he belongs.   There are some good games in the SEC, ACC, B12 and even Ohio State/Iowa has some meaning but I like the WI/MI match-up the best.
