What exactly happened here?

lampliter posted a new card for another player, in the same format that robbwurster always does.

Then, a few minutes later, that post was deleted and replaced with an identical post by robbwurster. Clearly, the same person made both posts, so the assumption is that one is an alias (and he forgot to log on with the rubbwurster name the first time). Which is shady, since both usernames are in the league.

It is a shame, good concept league, but now we have this to deal with. I think the only way to save it would be an explanation or an admittance of an alias and one of those teams taken out. I'll wait though to see if an explanation is forth-coming...

Its a great concept and it is a shame... I will be more than willing to stay in the league (with someone else running it!)

I say lets wait and hear from robb. Lets see what he has to say, and then perhaps he can remove the lampliter team to make us feel better. I think what is killing the group right now is the silence.

I am still in...although it does look shady. We need leagues like this to fill...not enough fill these days. Down the road, I'd be happy to organize these random style leagues (I have run some in the past). I'd be curious to see what players lampliter received (but I don't have time now to research it).

I agree with habs that I'd stay with a good apology/explanation. But those of us who have invested our time in working on these teams at least deserve the courtesy of a response.

Agreed. I would stay in. Everyone knows it already, so mine as well save some face and just admit it and move on. I would stay with an explanation of what has happened as well.
