And if the homeless guy tells you how he became homeless and saves you from making the same mistake is that good or bad?

No one has to take anything I say. Read any magazine in the checkoutline, they are giving you advice.

I guarantee my points are valid.

Had company so I did a prime rib roast.

4.5 pound. Did a rub with sea salt, coarse black pepper and frsh garlic. Put an inch of red wine in bottom. baked for 2 hours at 400 degrees.

Was a little overcooked, but still tasted good. Gotta get a new meat thermometer.

Did kluski style noodles with butter and green onions.

OK...One last tip since everyone is begging for it. and by everyone I mean 1 person sent me a sitemail, lol.

Something I noticed I forgot when I went back to read and print my points...

Water. I know it is mocked by comedians and it isnt a "guy" thing but you have to drink water.

You will hear drink 8 glasses of 8 ounces each...Chick stuff. Who uses 8 counce glasses? Drink 4 20 ounce glasses and you will have a little leeway. one in the morning, one at lunch, one when you get home, and one about an hour before bedtime. This will have a serious impact on your weight.

Easier to do when temps are warm. Keep some limes or lemons around and squeeze a little juice in if you dont feel like just water. if you dont like the taste of your local water drink distilled water.

just drink Country Time Lemonade from a can -- it has a lot of water in it

Actually you have a lot of water in you, that does not mean eating humans would replace your need to drink water.

Are you sure about that? Old movies never show fat cannibals

Newscaster Mark Treems interviews the obese soul survivor of an Andes plane crash, Todd Swamphawk, who says, "I was forced to eat the flesh of my companions. Their flesh was seasoned with courage." Treems points out, "You've only been out here for 30 days. Did you have to eat all 234 people?" "When I get depressed, I eat," says Todd Swamphawk, "It's my outlet."

Got away from this for a while. This is going to become my personal eating Twitter!

Made some hash out of over corned been and potatos for Brunch today.

Nice enough to get the grill out today. For dinner did some steaks, simple strip and mushroom, pepper, onion kabobs.

Cold again today. Dunkachino and bagel egg cheese sandwich. Ate while driving.

Went healthy today. Made omlettes with 50/50 mixture of whole egg and egg whites. Fried up some peppers, onions and mushrooms with olive oil. Used a little low fat grated cheese. No meat. Tasted pretty good.
