OK iasfanit, sorry, from my experience, Williams was mainly considered as a second baseman and not a third baseman, so you are well within any rights to switch as I mentioned.

YES...I gave him the option to switch because I was going off his proxy list, but I didn't know he planned to use Williams at 3b instead of 2b. It's all good. Usually once a pick is posted, it is final, UNLESS I am posting off a proxy list, where the intentions are not always known. In that case, like I did tonight, I usually give the option of that owner changing their pick. In certain instances, in order to kleep the draft moving, I will go off a proxy list for a previous round, like I did here. Sometimes it works out fine, and sometimes, like this time, the owner planned on going in a different direction. Hope this makes sense to everyone.

Perhaps the folks using proxies can define their choices more clearly or deal with the exact order of the proxy. Also, we now have two names of players listed in this forum that have not been chosen yet because of proxy picks. I'm all for proxy picking because it advances the draft but listing names of players from private proxies in full or part can lead to these extra names being left behind.

In fact when more than 1 draft pick are meant to be chosen from 1 proxy list as much detail as possible should be provided to avoid confusion or guessing on the folks receiving the proxies.

I hope iasfani doesn't mind me mentioning this, but he tells me that he is from the country (NOT the state lol) of Georgia. He adopted the sport of baseball in the US as a youngster because of the stats and numbers and so on, and I just think that is so cool! Makes me happy to have iasfani in this league and kinda cheering for him. Makes the DEAL more of an "International" league huh? And I think SANGWEN is also from outside the US but not sure.
