Midge’s Handy Guide for checking to see if it is your turn to pick:
1) When you wake up in the morning.
2) Before you go to work.
3) Every time you pee, right after you wash your hands.
4) Every time you eat a meal, right before you wash your hands.
5) If you think it might be your turn.
6) After you get home from work.
7) If you are driving, check during every red light.
8) If you are watching The Bob Newhart Show, check every time that Suzanne Pleshette says Bob.
9) Right before you go to sleep at night.
It is also advisable to have a support system of at least three people who have your phone number so they can text you if it becomes your turn while you are washing your hands.
