A little story:
because you need to add a couple less expensive players in there somewhere on your drafted team
I almost went a little sentimental by choosing SWITCH PITCHER Pat Venditte Jr in real life but is listed in the data base as just a right hander
and only year he qualifies in there although he pitched a little bit for other teams. I played with Pat Jr and his dad Pat Sr with my son
in the Father Son World Series in Phoenix Arizona. Pat Jr and myself were 2 of the pitchers on the team from Nebraska and my son and Pat SR were the two catchers. went a couple of times and did pretty good. What a BLAST. Pat threw with both arms in a couple of the games we played including the stadium game. And did well as a 17 yr old at the time. His dad had a special glove made in Italy that worked as 6 fingers to allowed him to switch hands.

That's awesome! I remember watching him pitch in the minors.
