Ouch. Thus the name... carbomb. I was glad to see him gone.... at least the stupid penalties.

Until this incident I actually thought he was playing quite well. Funny how everyone is ready to throw him under the bus so quickly.

I still think he's a bargain at 775k.

Didnt see the hawks game last night... was too ****** the flyers lost AGAIN on national tv.... and for the 3rd time to the rangers. Saw the hawks lost...howd they play? I see hayes got his 1st.

The game against the oilers was won and lost on special teams. Oilers had great ones, hawks had terrible ones. The rest of the game lacked a little flow cause of all the penalties, but it was fast as usual between these two.

Hayes has been real good in his 2 games and the flyers will likely see him on the 2nd pp unit Thursday, a game that should be a lot of fun to watch.

Funny that with all the changes over the last 2 seasons, the story line is the same: flyers lack goaltending and the hawks lack physicality. Should be a great matchup.

Andru... i 100% agree with your hb post about kane.... id add that if kane is to reach his potential he needs to be on a more physical team where his linemates can protect him (like bobby clarke and wayne gretzky had). On the hawks hes an easy target. Jmo.
