How is Tim Thomas not on the All-Star ballot? There is no way there are 10 better goalies in the East!

Chuck Kobasew participated in Boston's practice on Friday.
Kobasew is recovering from a fractured ankle and he could return to the Bruins lineup on Saturday. However, coach Claude Julien still hasn't made the final decision. "Am I leaning towards putting him in? Yeah, I can tell you that much," Julien said.

Oh hell yes!

Rich get richer right now!

It's pretty funny that it's tough to figure on who sits right now when Chuck gets back.

Wing Center Right Wing

Milan Lucic Marc Savard Phil Kessel
Marco Sturm Patrice Bergeron Blake Wheeler
P.J. Axelsson David Krejci Michael Ryder
Shawn Thornton Stephane Yelle Petteri Nokelainen

Sobotka is a healthy scratch every night. I guess Nokelainen sits when we need Thornton's checking. And the opposite when we need more offense possibly.

Whod've thought this would be a conversation even a year ago. "Too many forwards".

Very surreal.

Thank you Jack Edwards.

Who are the ten guys you put on that ballot ahead of Thomas then?

Very nice road win in Chicago last night. Let's hope they keep it up against Montreal tonight at home.

Great game to watch for goaltender fans! Both Thomas and Khabibluin were standing on their heads last night!

PJ from last night was a great gesture, AND it actually worked.

How funny that someone with 0 goals has a 'game-winner' on his record for the season. We'll all remember it.

On to tonight,

HOLY SH#T could they play any better?

Fernandez improves to 4-1-1 for the season. Sturm's 2 goals. Yelle with a BIG night! The 3rd/4th lines chipping in nightly. Lucic gets a goal, and gets to pound on Komisarek.

Only negative is that slapshot from Markov that Ference took off the leg. Toughed it out and finished the shift, clearing the puck on the PK. Really can't afford him missing much time.

That's sure strange to say.

2nd in the East with 3 less games than 1st place.

But none of their 10 wins sweeter than beating the sh#t out of the Habs 6-1.

Greatness.

Two giveaways in the third period ruins what was an excellent effort. How frustrating

Now that was a wild game.

Manny played a great 2/3 of a game.....too bad there's 3/3. Of course, he improves somehow to 5-1-1.

Chara's coming around after the slow start recovering from the shoulder surgery.

Patrice with 2 assists, good to see. Savard monster game. Kobasew back and scoring. Even Wheeler got back on the scoresheet with an assist.

7-0-1 streak.

Just amazing stuff.

On the positive side, good to see the guys recover from what was a horrible first period on defense and get it together for the rest of the game

Another win over the Habs. This season is really turning out to be a lot of fun so far.
