BastanRedsox will pick a team and season using only franchises that have at least 50 seasons, and everyone else will use that franchise, but may not use a season within five years of that taken by Bastan. Kneeneighbor gets second choice of a season with that franchise. acketyack and tropicana will then pick their seasons of that franchise, but may not use a season within five years of either Bastan’s or knee’s. Choices will be posted in the forum, first by Bastan, then knee, and then acketyack and tropicana (ackety and trop could end up with the same season, which would be fine).

 

Example:

If Bastan chooses the 1950 Red Sox, kneeneighbor could pick any Red Sox team other than 1945-55. If knee chose 2000, ackety and trop would be limited to Red Sox teams outside the 1945-55 and 1995-2005 seasons.

 

 

 

The four remaining Survivors will play a round robin with one game against each of the other three, using a different SP in each. The three SP you will use must be announced before play begins. The two designated starting pitchers not starting a game may not be used, but all other pitchers may be used in relief. The designated SP must pitch at least three full innings each.

 

The top two teams in the round robin will play a best-of-three series for immunity, using the same three-man rotation. Tiebreakers are runs differential, then runs allowed. After teams are selected and pitchers named, I’ll set the matchups using random.org.

So do the 3 man rotations have to pitch in the same order as they do in the fisrt round as they do in the second

In the second round, they may pitch in any order and will not be set in advance. In the first round, I want to avoid having a couple of owners conspire to throw their aces against the same opponent. It's possible it will still work out that way, but only because of randomness. It's also possible that a player could have three home or three away games.

So your saying that its within 5 years or no?

Ok I think I got it. I read it as if I picked 2009, knee would have to pick a team within 5 years of mine meaning 2010-2004. I now see it means he cant pick any team 5 years within mine so it changes eveything now! I am assuming i am now interpreting that correct.

Correct. No one else will have a team within five seasons of yours.
