Looking good for justice so far. 45 laps left. Actually, I believe the justices have won and the senators will go to council. Unofficially of course.

Sauter, all 3 tribes top coice, gets black flagged.  This cost him the race, but was still the winner among the drivers selected.    Justice wins;  Senators vote.  Ironically, Hornaday won the race, and appeared as #3 on Seantors and Governors list

When's the vote going to go down?  If I understand correctly, as soon as it's announced, that's when we can submit the guesses for part 2.

Because of some confusion, I will accept entries now.    Votes are due by 6:00.   (I have 6 of 8 thus far)   Votes are announced at or shortly after 9:00 EDT

The Senate is called to order.    "We have members up for censure" reports the Majoroity leader.   'Should we expel them?"    After conferring among themselves, the Senators decided to expel one.    "But, what about the esteemed member who is absent?" asked the Majority Whip.   He can go to.

7 votes in.   5 for glen_s6803.   So glen is removed from the game.
