As an aside - brianjw - I am quite concerned about your pitching

I did OK in round 1 with only $39M pitching in the $100M theme. I didn't plan to try doing that twice in a row, but I may have to.

There's a big difference in being able to pick your own $40M worth of pitching and having to pick up the bulk of your $30M of your staff from crap ...

In that single round, catchers go from the most available position (with half of them still available) to the one with the fewest remaining now (only 4 left available... 1 more than SS)  ...

I wonder if 1B is the next potential run for the 10th round with 11 still available...

So far after 9 rounds, only 1 of brianjw's submitted players has been selected (Nellie Fox), and its looking more and more likely that brianjw himself will have to pick up alot of those same submitted pitchers else he run the risk of being way short of innings .

I think at this point in the draft, I think avoiding the bad players getting onto your roster becomes the dominant strategy...

Sounds like someone is trying to prime the pump for a run....
