Some of you may feel that you have enough minutes and a solid enough rotation after eight picks, that you don't really even need more players.  If that is the case, you may use these designated scrubs.  You may draft as many of your remaining four picks as you wish, and then you can fill in your roster with as many of these designated scrubs as you want.  You can draft all four and use no scrubs.  You can draft two and use two scrubs, and so on.
