Is everyone sitemailing the next person in line, when they make their pick? I find it hard to believe that every single time we get ahead, a person is purposefully taking 12+ hours to make their pick on their scheduled time... Some people only check the site on their slotted time, if they aren't being messaged. 

Keep the ball rolling shoot a sitemail out to the next guy or two in line. You'd be surprised how much It'll help speed this up a bit.
