We’re not really arguing Jewish v Black. We’re arguing does widespread discrimination exist (it does) and does that discrimination have a negative effect on the socioeconomic status of the people it impacts (also yes).
In what Way does widespread discrimination exist? California sounds like a miserable place to live since it sounds like every white there is a racist. Discrimination exists, but it is not widespread.
I think what you think of as discrimination and what discrimination actually is are two different things. At least in the context of what we're talking about.
No one is saying the KKK is riding around lynching people. It's waaaay more subtle.
For example, two teenagers go into a department store. No one pays any attention to the white kid
but security follows the black kid around to make sure he doesn't shoplift.
