Exhausted from work, and still trying to wrap my head around Indiana University having seven football wins in a season with more games to play. It's disconcerting watching that team have an actual defense that can tackle people and cause turnovers, I feel like I am in an alternate universe.

ohio drivers on the whole are so bad that i lack the vocabulary to capture how bad they truly are. its like the concept of the left lane being a passing lane, that whole keep right thing... its not that it doesn't even exist, but its the opposite. its like well people merge from the right so even if there are four lanes, im going to park in the left lane just to not have to deal with merging. which i sort of get, because ohioans idea of merging is slowing down to 20 or even stopping and waiting for an opening while the people being merged into speed up for some unknown reason. then there is the whole concept that a car parked in the shoulder demands the entire highway slow down to 15 mph. all while dealing with moderate congestion or less - god help us if that changes!

also a surprising number are fans of brake checking in the left line while going the speed limit or less. i think it should be legal to murder those people, and possibly their entire families, for the good of future civilization.

i'll give you columbus - at least the rest of the big cities have some % of out of state drivers, who are invariably either slightly more competent or at least a little more considerate (KY). houston is pretty damn awful too, i can basically give a pass on the drivers being complete idiots, or total ********, but not both - houston is definitely both.

This isn't just Ohio. Go take a drive down the NY thruway sometime.

I will say that the quality of roads in Ohio is complete trash.

tdiddy.... my recollection is that there was a guy ... something like tdowdy... i want to say travis dowdy?... and he was a bit of a legend in his own mind on the forums. cant recall the specifics but thinking he was a little like MikeT... instigator-type
anyway, my memory is that several veterans HDers started making alias that sounded like tdowdy just to mess with him... or us.
and I feel thats where tdiddy came from....

You're very close on all details including the name. I won't say I thought I was a legend, but I did discover a flaw in the recruiting early on that allowed my teams to dominate in D3 which propelled me to advance faster than most. The legendary part happened when 2 people (I can't even remember the names) hacked my account and got my team put in trouble for offering recruit bribes. That propelled my status even more visible. I wasn't really an instigator, but I was more extremely defensive and quick to speak my mind. That probably caused me to seem arrogant and cocky. There were several new TDowdys not me that were created, but it was in good fun and not to provoke me. I had a job where I had a lot of free time to be on the forums and that helped give me fuel to keep the fire of arguments brewing, but I never tried to start chaos.... it just followed me. LOL

As far as how I became TDiddy3, I don’t remember exactly why I created this account, but I think it was because I just figured if I had a new name it would be a new start. I was much more tame by that point and this was a name I was given by someone in my ESPN keeper fantasy leagues who referred to TDiddy and it just grew on me.

Yep, I am Travis.....

no offense to comparison to MikeT. I always felt sorry for that guy. To feel he had to start an online argument every chance he got. But yeah I was very quick to be provoked back in the day and would never shy away from an argument. Those days are long behind me. Now I just want to play this game as a way to get away and have fun LOL

Well as a born and raised UK I can only hope that it'll be a blowout! But realistically I think it will be a great game down to the final minutes
