Yeah, but what if their changes make what HD-Oracle does now impossible?

Well, I can't take on "impossible"..

Having said that, HD Oracle deals with player data and player data only. As long as users can view player's data on WIS.com, HD Oracle will be capable of downloading that data.

I'm in Naismith. Shouldn't I be able to see my incoming Fr?

If you can see them on your team page then they should download to HD Oracle. Have you downloaded your team since the freshman showed up on your team page

Nope, did before I posted. still not there

Latest update fixes an issue that may have affected anyone downloading players from Naismith. If you had downloaded any conferences prior to the incoming recruits showing up on your team page, then any subsequent downloads would not include those recruits. This is now fixed, and you should start seeing those recruits on your next downloads (after installing the update).

What's the point of this? It does nothing but take away from the game.
If you're not willing to do your own work and make your own decisions you should not be playind HD. Go buy a game system and NBA Live or a college hoops game.

For me the best part is the fact that it pulls all of the information into a database for me to use and sort.
That would take hours for me to do with Excel, because I don't know how to run pulls.
I haven't made a single lineup change because of the ERI or PERI ratings for any of my teams. In most cases I've found that the numbers agree with the decisions I've made (SG playing SF, PF at C, etc). Saying that it takes away from the game is a bit of a stretch. If you can't do well without Oracle, you won't be winning NTs with it. But it might save you hours of your time and let you dig a bit deeper into the numbers.

New update that fixes the following:

*Current ineligibles are now detected and handled properly
*Fixed issues with Vista security
*Other minor bugs fixed

Past ineligibles are still not accounted for, so expect that functionality in future updates. Also, if you are using Vista and haven't been able to successfully download updates, please contact me through email ([email protected]) or send sitemail and I'll give you instructions to get this fixed.

Next Update (Estimated Release- Sunday April 6th):

*Edit default practice plans
*Remove previous data ("cleanup")

I know that I read it somewhere in the 18 pages of this topic but I cannot find it now - approximately how long does it take to download the database for one division?
Thanks
