Nothing like listening to whiners whine about other whining.

Canadiens goalie was hot and made the differance in that game. I guess I should be upset we couldn't win 8 games in a row. It's tough when you lose only the 5 game in 20 played. It's tough when your teams in 1st place in the division. I can hardly stand it. What really sucks is that we have scored 35 more goals then we have let in.

I guess we do have lots to whine about.

yes...and they did...think it was Kesler...while Burrows was sookin` in the box...with his stick blade over the camera so noone could see him cry

well there is some leadership issues obviously...when your goalie is the captain...

Are you sure this isn't a typo, its never the other team when Vancouver loses?.. just trying to be clear for when I jump on the bandwagon and been taking notes

Its usually Luigi costing them the game or the refs.. still waiting for the reason to pop up in the news.

I have a question for Canucks fans that actually live in Vancouver. What is the perception of Luongo over there in terms of winning when it counts? That has always been a knock on him from Junior on. I mean he gets a pass for the years in Florida and in Long Island, but I'm talking about with the Canucks so far, at the World Juniors, and in the Q.

Funny we see a Flames fan trashing the Canucks..have you guys won since Christmas? ..just wondering?

I'll fall on the other side of the fence than Randle. Luongo is the best goalie the Canucks have had in their entire existence by a country mile. He is a top 5-8 goalie in the league right now. Come next season his salary cap hit goes down to 5 mil, which is well in the range for starting goalies.

The question about winning in the big games? really wasn't brought up until last years second round playoffs. I think Luongo gets another 1 or 2 playoffs to answer that question.

I think he will see action at the Olympics, and the playoff goalie will be determined by which goalie plays best in the round robin games. They won't make the same mistake as in 98 when they kept Roy in even when he should have been replaced by Brodeur.

Just an observation while watching tonight's game in Ottawa!

Did anyone else notice the puck hopping about, players on BOTH team's having trouble controlling the puck.....It looked like the ice surface was similar to a playoff game in 100 degree weather in June. Not making an excuse for the Canuck's because both teams had to play on the same ice surface.........But MAN the ice looked CRAPPY...

juskay, it looked similar in Boston in their matchup with Montreal. I'm not really sure what happened, but it didn't look like Washington and New York had that problem...MAN WHAT A GAME!

Looks like the old Canucks in all 3 games so far,they come out slow or take a stupid penalty and get down quickly then spend the rest of the game making the opposition goalie look like the vezina winner only to fall short..ive seen this story so many times before
