There is one advantage to drafting last every round.  You know there will always be 23 picks made between your last pick and your next pick.  Drafting in the middle can be tough.  I might be picking 8th one round, then I take an expensive player, and the next round I am picking 14th, which means 29 players get taken between my two picks.  I took a RP last round so I could move up, so I could get a solid OF (I was eyeing Kuenn for a couple of rounds)... But now I expect to drop down a bit for the next round.
