19000 minutes, we have a list of players (scrubs) you can use on your team to fill up minutes.  They aren't exclusive to anyone.  I'll add them to the 1st post tomorrow.

The minimum min's should be 19,680 minus- the mins of the max minute scrub. Otherwise your saying one scrub and your eliminated from the lottery. That's bullshit.

I never said that lol, It's just 19000 minutes.  The league is short on minutes, I'm not going to penalize someone for taking a scrub to have enough minutes.
