Speaking of MVP Kirk Gibson not making the all-star team, this pitcher made three all-star teams in his career, yet he did not make the All-Star team the year he won the NL Cy Young Award. He was a teammate of my first pick (#1 overall). I only have two starting pitchers on my roster, but both won the Cy Young.
