No.

Minor league results mean nothing for the most part.  You can compare them against his teammates but I wouldn't let them be the determining factor for anything.

I give players I'm skeptical about at least 500 AB.  Usually closer to 1000 before I make a real decision.  And, if I don't have any better, they may play for quite awhile.

BTP had a problem a few seasons back.  I think their commish disappeared.   However, most of the owners in there are good owners so I assume they've righted the ship.  I believe they do take on the occassional n00b.
