30 minute time slots is a solid pace, and this is a fast-moving draft. It's great to be ahead and rifle through picks, but we have to remember 24 people on 24 different schedules in multiple time zones. I think we're doing fine, here

This ain't rocket surgery. If we could get some momentum, you never know, we could maybe even complete the draft by Monday so we wouldn't have to deal with it while at work.
That would be great, but we are now blocked by cmcafeeky until 10:30 AM tomorrow, and it will take a suppository to get him unstuck. Maybe he should be known as constipafeeky

OK, so Bob Lanier was redbooda's current round pick? I had him missing the previous round pick too. Anyone tell me who he picked? Not sure how I missed it.

Sorry, I have been unavailable all day. Bought a new fridge and had to deal with the changeover and getting the new one up to the 3rd floor with no elevator and moving the old one down to get ready to be picked up by the new owner of it and all that crap. Glad there were no major catastrohies here.

redbooda is obviously aware of being in the draft and that he has been very late to pick. Same for cmcafeeky. booda is dealing with some SERIOUS shiz in his life. Cmac is probably as well. I wish nothing but the best for booda, and pray that everything goes well for him!

Now, here is where I stand as commsih....Yes, it is frustrating when things are moving along well and then BAM, everything stops due to one owner. We dpm't know what is happening in each others lives. Sure it would be WONDERFUL if everyone who had even a clue that they would be unavailable for a number of hours would send a proxy list, but perhaps that is unrealistic or asking too much. Both booda and Cmac have been in many DDL drafts, so when they are late, I KNOWWW that neither will ***** and complain. I also know that, barring a major health issue or something, they WILL catch up.

As to the point about how their lack of dedication to the draft making their teams handicapped, which hurts the competitive balance of the league and divisions...yes, it probably does, which is unfortunate. However, as long as they both do actually JOIN the league and therefore pay their $10 bucks to do so, and they both ALWAYS do, I don't think there is any way we can legislate that.

The ONLY thing I can do is ask or maybe better put, PLEAD that owners send proxy lists, OR text me their cell # (at 585-738-7537), OR post thei own cell # so that others can text them when they are up. Other than those things, there is nothing else I can think of doing.

I am an open book and always want to be open to calls, texts or SM's if anyone wants to reach out to me and give me feedback or an idea or whatever. I LOVE this ****! Fantasy sports, whatifspots, and so on. As a former sports radio talk show host who is a lifelong sports fan and broadcaster and aspiring play by play guy, this is all I have left at 56!

I also know that after hearing a voice mail from savoy earlier this week, I will NEVER say another bad word about him or **** him off in any way! Dude sounds JUST like he shoulda been a character on the Sopranos! I don't know if his reach extends to Denver, but I ain't takin any chances, especially when his # said he was in Jersey!!!

Smart move. Junior's house is right behind my house on Watsessing St. in Belleville. He mentioned it a couple of times on the show. The pork store was only a few miles from here, I passed it many times.

I think my strategy of 2nd chance (and 3rd chance & 4th chance and 5th chance) points is pretty apparent lol. Problem is, now the only players left to choose from will miss a TON of shots HAHAHA
